Description |
The Wilde Buckaroo Bar is an all terrain handlebar designed to balance all day touring comfort with precise control on more technical terrain. Wilde describes it as having a bit of flex, a bit of rise, and the right amount of backsweep for riders who want comfort without losing front end accuracy on rougher rides.
Built from chromoly steel, the Buckaroo Bar is intended for off road touring rather than aggressive enduro use. Wilde also notes that the clamp diameter is 22.2 mm, so riders using 25.4, 26.0, or 31.8 stems will need shims, and they recommend a stem with at least a four bolt faceplate to better handle the leverage this bar can generate. The Clear and Trans Black finishes use a clear powdercoat, which Wilde says is porous and may allow the bars to develop patina over time.
