Our Workshop Guarantee

At Dismount, we stand behind our work and are committed to ensuring your bike is running as smoothly as possible! We offer a 30-day work guarantee on all repairs and services performed by our workshop from date of service and are here for you if something doesn't feel quite right. 

Our guarantee covers any defects in workmanship or materials that arise from our repair or service work during the 30-day period following the date of service. If any issues arise during this time, simply bring your bike back to us, and we will be happy to have a mechanic find a resolution and get you back on the road asap!

To ensure the validity of the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The bike must be used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and not subjected to any abnormal use or wear.
  • Any issues or defects must be reported to us as soon as they are discovered.
  • The bike must not have been serviced or repaired by any other party during the 30-day period.

If the bike is found to have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control, the guarantee will not apply.
