Ideally, we are looking for someone who is stoked on bicycles and the lifestyle that is riding bicycles, whether it be on gravel country roads, knocking off a bikepacking trip, riding single track, or just to and from your favourite local spots in the city!To us, we believe bikes are a means of transportation, recreation, and adventure! They can change the way we view and experience the world around us. Simply put, we love bikes and want to get as many people as we can stoked to ride! Our customers work hard for their money, and they deserve nothing less than the best from us. They trust us to help them find the best gear for their needs, to provide the highest quality assessments and service to keep their bikes rolling hassle free, the perfect tent for their trips and more. You must have the knowledge and be hungry for more! You must put the customer first, and always go the distance for them.
Attention To Detail
Everything matters! From how we greet customers, to how the handlebar tape is wrapped, are the tires centered, seated and inflated to correct pressure, how we pour a latte.. and so much more! It’s all in the details, and we like things done neatly, done right, and to look good.
The shop is definitely busy, so you must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and be self-sufficient. We are a small team, and we often take on additional tasks to help get things done. Having the ability to see a project through, but also knowing when to ask for help is very important in maintaining the high level of customer service we strive for.
