At Dismount, communication and transparency are at the forefront of everything we do! Our process for tuning up, repairing and servicing bikes is simple:
- Select your drop off time below
- Within 24 hours of your drop off apointment, our workshop will assess your bike and contact you with a detailed cost and timeframe and request your approval
- Wait times vary throughout the season and work may take up to a week to complete from the time the assessment is approved
Flat repairs and tire installations do not require an appointment, they will be fit into the service queue. During the busy season it may take up to 24-48 hours.
