Description |
The Teravail Radia 12 SE Drop Bar hits the sweet spot between traditional road handlebars and aggressive gravel bars, offering the perfect balance of comfort, control and efficiency for riders who spend their time exploring beyond the pavement.
Featuring a moderate 12° flare, the Radia provides extra confidence and stability in the drops while maintaining a familiar riding position on the hoods. The result is a cockpit that feels natural on long gravel rides, mixed-terrain adventures, endurance road rides and daily commutes without requiring a dramatic adjustment in fit.
Built from premium 7075-T6 aluminum, the Radia is lightweight, exceptionally stiff and engineered to handle demanding conditions. The generous 120 mm centre clamp section provides ample space for lights, GPS computers, handlebar bags and other accessories, making it an excellent choice for bikepacking and endurance riding.
Like its more aggressively flared sibling, the Radia 12 SE has been tested to Teravail's rigorous Mountain Drop Bar Standard, giving riders the confidence to venture onto rough gravel roads, forest service roads and even occasional singletrack.
If you're looking for one handlebar that feels equally at home on fast gravel rides, loaded adventures and everyday riding, the Radia 12 SE is hard to beat.

Usage Tips & Compatibility |
The Radia 12 SE is ideal for riders who want a flared gravel handlebar without the more aggressive feel of wider adventure-specific bars. The moderate flare provides improved control on rough terrain while preserving a familiar road bike fit, making it an excellent upgrade for riders transitioning from traditional drop bars.
Ideal for:
- Gravel bikes
- All-road bikes
- Endurance road bikes
- Bikepacking bikes
- Touring bikes
- Adventure bikes
The spacious centre clamp easily accommodates lights, GPS computers and handlebar bags, while compatibility with many clip-on aerobars makes the Radia an excellent choice for ultra-distance events and bikepacking races.
When selecting your width, remember that the 12° flare creates a slightly wider position in the drops than the listed hood width, offering increased stability without dramatically changing your overall fit.
