Red Chile │
Hatch Red Chile Mac: Fishski's Founder Tania's Fav! Taste the Mountain Southwest with New Mexico Hatch Red Chile, famous for a very mild heat level and a unique, subtly sweet yet slightly smoky flavor.
Directions: To make Fishski's Provisions mac and cheese all you need to do is boil 2 cups of water with the pasta and peppers. When all the water is absorbed, add the cheese and spice mix and stir vigorously.
Green Chile
Hatch Green Chile Mac: Macaroni and cheese with cheddar, Hatch green chile, and garlic. A medium spicy delight, full of Southwestern flavor. Taste the incredible subtle sweet, smoky, crisp taste of green chile from New Mexico's Hatch Valley.
