The Ergon GT1 is a multi position comfort grip built for riders who want more support and more ways to move their hands during long rides. Its ergonomic shape creates four defined hand positions, including standard grip, outside grip, thumb up grip, and palm position, helping vary hand and arm placement to reduce upper body tension. The extra large ergonomic wing is designed to spread pressure broadly and support the wrist in a more natural, neutral position.

Ergon recommends the GT1 for touring, comfort, hybrid, e bike, commuting, and cargo bike use. It is offered in two ergonomic sizes, Small and Large, with the difference based on grip thickness in the hand. Both are sold as a right and left pair, and Ergon notes that the GT1 is not compatible with twist shifters.
