Paul's Salsa Fargo

Paul chose the Salsa Fargo as his ideal bikepacking companion, balancing comfort, durability, and capability for long-distance adventures. Inspired by bikepacker Tristan Ridley and bikepacking.com, Paul put together a thoughtful, purpose-built build.

Although he didn’t grow up cycling, Paul has always been passionate about exploring remote places. The bike provides a new way to continue those adventures while covering greater distances with ease. One of the most rewarding parts of the experience was seeing the vision come together, from initial planning to the finished build.

The Fargo’s first big test will be the Eastern Divide Trail this July, with many more adventures to follow. His first ride? Like “riding on a marshmallow”; comfortable, stable, fast, and ready to carry everything needed for the journey ahead.
