The Surly Sorceress Eagle 90 is a modern trail hardtail built for steep descents, flow trails, techy singletrack, and riders who want one steel mountain bike that can be rowdy, playful, and efficient on the climb. Surly builds it around a Chromoly frame with geometry designed for a 140 mm suspension fork, combining a long front center, steep seat tube angle, and slack head tube angle for stability, traction, and responsive handling on aggressive terrain.

Surly also designed the Sorceress to be adaptable. Its patent-pending DUH dropout system supports SRAM UDH, Full-Mount, and single-speed drivetrain setups, while the tuned Natch steel tubing gives it a lively but smooth ride feel. This complete build comes with a SRAM Eagle 90 Transmission 12-speed drivetrain, SRAM DB6 4-piston brakes, RockShox Psylo Gold RC fork, and Teravail Kessel tires, making it a serious trail bike with Surly’s usual versatility and durability.
