Description |

The Shimano GRX ST-RX400 Dual Control Lever is part of Shimano’s GRX 400 gravel groupset, designed specifically for mixed terrain riding and 2x10 speed drivetrains.

These levers combine mechanical 10-speed shifting with hydraulic disc braking using Shimano mineral oil. Gravel-specific ergonomics feature a textured anti-slip brake lever surface and optimized hood shape for control and comfort on rough roads and long rides.

The left lever controls the front derailleur in a 2x setup. The right lever controls the rear derailleur for 10 speed shifting. Each lever is sold individually.
