Sourced from Santa Monica farm in Ibiraci, a region known for its high elevation and ideal microclimate, the coffee is part of the Eldorado group’s specialty lineup. At 1260 meters above sea level and processed on the world’s largest suspended patio, each cherry is dried slowly and carefully, preserving clarity and enhancing sweetness.
