This lasagna is traditional Italian comfort food with an adventure-friendly, and vegetarian, twist. We use a hearty and organic soy protein in lieu of ground beef — and you may have never known the difference. We never skimp on the spices, so your lasagna will be full of your favorite Italian seasonings. Then there’s the tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and perfectly cooked, plump noodles. You’ll hardly believe a pot, water, heat, and 20 minutes of rehydration time is all that lies between you and a nutritionally balanced meal. Bon appetite!

Ingredients:
Sauce (organic textured soy protein, tomato powder, freeze-dried mozzarella cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), processed parmesan cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, sodium phosphate), butter powder (butter, nonfat dairy milk, buttermilk, sodium citrate, beta-carotene, citric acid, tocopherols), potato starch, organic dried tomato flakes, onion, dried mushrooms, sea salt, green bell pepper, celery, garlic, parsley, pure cane sugar, basil, Mexican oregano), freeze-dried tagliatelle pasta (durum what seolina, water, dried egg white, salt).

Preparation & Storage:
Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve. Rehydration time doubles every 5,000 feet of elevation gain. Our directions are set for 5,000 feet. Best By Date on packaging is 10 years from manufacturing date.
